I have a small LAN.
My main machine as above communicates with the others via samba.
This machine has an XP guest that communicates the host's folders via samba, not by VMware's shared folders facility which is disabled.
I have been coerced into installing Windows 10 x32 so that my legacy software will continue to run.
The problem is that I cannot get Windows 10 to access the shares. I have installed three times so far.
One is Win 10 x64 which does access the hosts samba shares but I have spent several days trying to achieve the same with x32 without success.
I've tried every trick that I could find on the www without success.
Does anyone know or know someone who might know how to fix this?
