Internal Server Error 500 - Manager Service

Hi everyone,

I created a lab to learn more about the VRA 7, on the first try I used 6 Windows machines, everything worked properly (including documented http://solutions4crowds.com.br/vrealize-automation-7-enterprise-deployment/). In a second moment I tried to do the same lab, but under Windows machines (only 2), behold, I come across the below error:

Resository connectivity validation failed. Trusted connectivity validation failed for address "https://web.s4c.local/repository/Data/MetaModel.svc": The call to "https://web.s4c.local/repository/Data/MetaModel.svc" failed to status code: InternalServerError (500).

All validations followed 100%.

The virtual directory points to the way "C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\vCAC\Server\Model Manager Web\Data" that is empty.

I've done redeploy a 10x, checked the certificates, put all the VMs on the same ESXi host, downloaded the vRA7 appliance again, created new machines Windows (Windows Server 2012 R2 - all updates), etc.

vRealize Automation version 7.0.1 (build 3621464)

can you help me?

Thank you!

UPDATE:

When I tried open the url https://web.s4c.local/repository/Data/MetaModel.svc i see the error

and tried open url https://nuvem.s4c.local/SAAS/t/vsphere.local/auth/oauthtoken?grant_type=client_credentials

Good morning people,

I managed to solve the problem. I started installing component by component and found that the problem was on the SQL server, do not know exactly what was happening, but reinstalled SQL server and redid all settings (DTC and the like) and everything is now working 100%.

Hi Ricardo,

I'm facing the same issue. What SQL version were you using?

Regards,

Jose
