I had the same issue using VCM 5.8.2 and vROPs 6.2.1 after configuring the badge mappings and adapter etc. I have given up!

Compliance is being added to vROPS natively now and you can enable it by editing your policy in vROPs as per the blog article below...

It will be good to know what was done in VCM and vROPS

1. VCM:

  • After configuring integration, have you manualy run VCM Complaince badge mapping?
  • What method of score calculatins is choosen for mapping job?
  • Have you checked what VCM is reporting as score using dashboard: Dashboard -- Compliance -- Compliance badge rollUp. After running dashboard you can click on URL highlighted and use report to identify what VCM reports to vROPS
  • Check content of the table ecm_sysdat_vcops_compliance_badge_mapping_score to see what value will be delivered to vROPS
  • Ensure that vROPS is recieving update from VCM - try to use other template with different scope to see if this will make difference.

2. vROPS:

Check that adapter is in collection state

Check adapter log and post it here

Ensure that vROPS and VCM and both monitoring the same virtual envirioment
