Greetings,
I have an LSI RAID Controller in my host and the LSI CIM Provider package installed. This way I can look at the storage health status in the legacy vSphere Client (when connected to the host directly) and the vCenter Web Client.
It would be nice to have this information also displayed in the Host Client (Monitor / Hardware tab). Currently it's missing there.

Hi Andreas,
This is interesting. If the data is provided by CIM, then there should be nothing special for us to do in the Host Client to make it available... Can you post a screen shot of what you see in the Host Client?
This is how it looks like with my ESXi with free vSphere Hypervisor license.
Andreas display may differ.
I already posted a screenshot of the vSphere Client, and the Host Client looks exactly like in the screenshot that maddes posted.
BTW I'm not using a free license key, so the issue shouldn't be related to this.
OK, I think we have gotten to the bottom of this now. We are working on a fix.
ESXUi v1.13.0 works for me and my Avago/LSI 9271-8i.
Needs a little bit of time to populate just like with the old Windows C Client.

Thanks for confirming!
For the benefit of others, the latest version of the Host Client Fling, version 1.13.0, available at [1] now has a new panel, Host -> Monitor -> Hardware -> Storage which displays storage health data.
