The first table is from the Reference Architecture deployment whereas the second table is minimum requirements. If you wish to deploy the vRA7 reference architecture then go with the first table.
In fact, the first is updated for 7.0.1, while the second link is 7.0.
7.0.1 included the slipstream of CodeStream's new build and so the required space increased.
