ESXI Host pulling 2 IP's

I have a HP Proliant Server running ESXi 5.5.

Static managent ip is set and working fine. However, I'm noticing theres a second IP being pulled via DHCP. I know its coming from the proliant server as I can trace the interface on switch and it shows up with a HP OUI.

There no VM's pulling this IP and the only other piece of software running on the box is ESXi. Anyone have any clue what else in ESXi could be pulling an IP via DHCP?

maybe the hp management controller (HP-ILO)?

I can think of 2 possibilities:

Shared NIC Interface With ILO

or

You have 2 NICs for managment and is NOT using LACP as load balancing algorithm. In that case both Interfaces will require an IP
