VCI Instructor Certification.

I have completed the VCP-DCA 510 training in OCT -2013  and completed the exam in march 2014.

I recently upgraded to 550 by giving the delta exam .

Now I want to for VCI should i still have to

  1. Attend the VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage [V6] (or whichever the current version is) course twice (at least one needs to be in classroom).
  2. Pass the VCP6 Foundations exam with at least a score of 350 or higher. Pass the VCP6-DCV exam as well (no speciifc score needed for this exam - just passing will suffice). For more details on the VCI qualifying exams, click here.
NOTE: You must obtain a voucher to register for this exam after you completed at least one sit ofVMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage [V6]. Click here for a VCP6 Foundations exam or VCP6-DCV voucher request.

or should i go directly for VCP 6 - delta and then attend and pass a VMware Instructor Certification Workshop (ICW).

Thanks

‌Your first step should be to secure VATC sponsorship for you to proceed as a VCI - without that you can't get certified no matter what else you do - see here: VMware Certified Instructor
