I unable to copy and paste options in vm from our local system

elaborate more what you are trying to do. If you are trying to Copy/paste from/to VM from vsphere client, that is not possible by design.
Connect though standard remote desktop connection and copy paste from there.
Copy/ paste of text can be enabled if needed...
