I'm setting up VDI for training rooms and would like the view client to not show the last user name of the person who logged in last. Is there a GPO/Registry for this?
I didn't use this myself yet, so I'm not 100% sure whether this works for you.
Anyway, take a look at https://www.vmware.com/pdf/horizon-view/horizon-view-client-windows-document.pdf which explains how to define a "Logon Username" in the registry, or via a group policy (vdm_client.adm).

Hi a.p.
Unfortunately it doesn't show what I'm looking for. It shows how to define a specific account to login with.
Unfortunately I need to clear the name of the account who last logged on.
Thanks for the response a.p.
Hi BigDigital,
There is MS GPO for this, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/31012
This is why typically our Gold images use a local account for updating. Users see whatever we named that account, rather then someone else's name.
