What is the target deployment OS? Windows 10?

Do you see this error when the AppStack is assigned and logging in for the first time? Or do you see when you logoff and login back?

There are some known issues with Windows 10 that are mentioned in the release notes.

Users who log in to Windows 10 with App Volumes might experience long log in times
The first time a user uses a Windows 10 system with App Volumes, Windows 10 configures the desktop with the new configuration, which results in a slow login.

Workaround: You can prevent slow log-in times after the initial log in by implementing the following steps:

  • Disable Windows Updates, Indexer, and Search Service.
  • Attach a writable volume to the desktop. Writable volumes serve as a cache for the user’s profile, which speeds up the login process.

Did you make and changes to assignments in the old console? If so, reinstall and don't do that anymore.

Also looks like you are having LDAP issues. I suspect there are more issues in the config that what meets the eye. Do you have multiple domains or something like that?
