Horizon Air does not support the hew Horizon 4.0 Clients and Agents and users may experience connectivity disruption upon installation or upgrade of clients.
A workaround is available to restore connectivity and can be found here:

This will impact all mobile client users who are automatically upgraded and also existing or new users who decide to upgrade to the latest client on their own.
