KB access didn't work on my VCAP5-DCA

I successfully passed my VCAP5-DCA  approximately 1,5 week ago.

The one problem I had is that I couldn't use KB on my exam. The error was like 'gateway timeout'

Sad to say, but this could add me one more finished lab Smiley Happy

When you say the kb do you mean the internets kb articles? These aren't available only the documentation located on the desktop

Yes, I mean KB articles on kb.vmware.com

There was a link on desktop to access kb.vmware.com

It must work as per blueprint for the exam
