Horizon view 6, Deployed Linked clone pool connection failure with PCOIP ?

I can't login to my linked pool using pcoip by the client nor the web-browser however i can connect by client and choose rdp.

My Golden image for liked clone has the fallowing;

• View agent
• Domain Member with static DNS ip
• VMware OS Optimization Tool
• ipconfig /release
• then snapshot and used for dedicated linked pool

Deployment done by basic and Using of vCenter customization specification(sysprep);

Network custom setting, use DHCP and static DNS ip

for domain credentials: full domain name and user: administrator@fulldomainname

Some additional information would be needed to help. Did you install the tools or the agent first? Do you see the desktops as available in the view administrator? Do you see all of the right ports open on the desktop? Do you have view client and agent logs you could post? What's the specific error message you get from the client?
