SRM 5.8.1 problem with modifying current installation

Hi,

I'm trying to modify existing SRM installation from "Programs and Features" to replace current certificate with new one.

I cannot find anything in log files which prevent me to change current installation.

I found in VMSrmInst.log file that installation cannot get certificate state. I didn't mention that I changed vCenter Server certificates and now I tried to change SRM certificate.

Hi Nenad,

please search for errors in VMSrmInst.log and vmware-dr.log that can help identify the cause of this issue. Verify that all SRM dependency services are running (DB, VC). This error can be because SRM can not connect to DB.(Ex. DB connection, VC connection, ODBC error)
