Can't get to Windows via Fusion V8.1 after upgrading from V6

Hi,

Today I tried upgrading from Fusion V6.06 which was running fine with Windows 7 Pro and El Capitan V10.11.2 and now I can't boot Windows anymore. I'm getting a message from Windows to boot off the installation disk which I've tried but it doesn't recognize my external disk drive (running on a MacBookPro).

P.S. Windows is indicating I'm missing a Kernel32.dll file and can't load as a result.

Could you please take a screenshot of your issue?

If this is different with your issue, could you please provide more detailed info about your issue?
