VmWare WorkStation 10.0.7 and Windows 10 Unable to Run VM

After Power on Virtual Machine, there is an error:

Unable to open kernel device "\\.\Global\vmx86": El sistema no puede encontrar el archivo especificado. Did you reboot after installing VMware Workstation?

Failed to initialize monitor device.

if I run the command "net start vmx86"  -> system error 5 / Access denied

It seems to be an error with execution privileges in W10, as I have to run VmWare as administrator since a few days.

May be this is due to OS upgrading from W8.1 to W10?

Does someone have an idea to suround this problem?

Thanks.

This is probably due to a glitch in Windows 10, where "VMware Authorization Service" (VMAuthdService) does not start, despite it is set to Automatic. After this service is started, you do NOT need to run Workstation under Admin privileges.

My workaround is to set this service RECOVERY to restart after 2 minutes.

...or do a BATCH file with command:

net start VMAuthdService

Also reproduced after upgrading from W8.1 to W10 with WS 11.1.3.

Applying Labsy2's tip about service restart solved the problem.
