VMWare Fusion 8, can't get OpenGL3.3 only 3.1

I'm at a loss. I have a MacBook Pro 13" Retina Early 2015 with Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB Graphics. On my Windows 7 host, Autodesk Recap keeps saying that I only have OpenGL 3.1. I tried to update the display driver but it is up to date.

Anyone find a solution to this?

The answer lies in the following documentation :

https://pubs.vmware.com/fusion-8/topic/com.vmware.fusion.using.doc/GUID-B9315DCC-437D-4373-BD71-09A6...

Currently Fusion supports OpenGL 3.3 core profile only. The OpenGL3.3 compatibility profile is not supported.  So if the Windows app depends on Core profile, the application will be able to utilize opengl3.3. But if the app depends on compatibility profile of opengl, opengl 3.1 will be used.

I'm not sure what that means... all I know is it keeps saying 3.1 not 3.3.

I guess your saying that Autodesk Recap requires the 3.3 compatibility profile and it sees it as 3.1?
