I am suddenly getting these errors too running 6.2.1. Did you get to the bottom of why?

Are you using Info Blox or Network Profile?

In network allocation, the program will not allocate an IP address if network profile has no ranges defined and will not try to allocate next network on reservation if IP allocation failed and user specified a NetworkName property.

This issue is fixed in vRA 6.2.3.

Thanks

I got your reply just as I'd found the issue. My network profile had run out of IP addresses. Not a very helpful error message
