BUG: vRA Compute Reservation configured with Alerts, does not send emails.

Hello ,

I had configured vRA Reservation to trigger email Alerts when the threshold reaches up to 80% to the Business group Managers and additions email ID's defined as per documentation below

vRealize Automation 6.2 Documentation Center

However i noticed the reservation was committed with 110% utilization, i have not received any email as Alert.

Am i missing any configuration or is the BUG with the tool?

I have the same issue running 6.2.1. Will be logging a call with VMware.

I had this same issue. In my case, because the installation went so rough there was a duplicate entry in the postgres DB. Support was able to find the duplicate entry and provide me a query to remove the duplicate. They said it was fairly common so they should be able to spot it right away.
