HP Blade Server/VMWare

Good morning everyone,

I'm trying to move an HP Blade Server from one chassis to another chassis(VMWare hosts by the way). Upon doing so, when trying to reconnect the blade server through VMWare I get the following error, Cannot contact the specified host(server). The host may not be available on the network, a network configuration problem may exist, or the management services on this host may not be responding. Call "Datacenter.QueryConnectionInfo" for object "" on vCenter Server "" failed.

Are you able to ping the ESXi host from the network, and vice versa?

Are you using Virtual Connect (e.g. server profiles with fixed MAC addresses)?
