vSphere 6 Web Client issues

Hello.  I forced myself to move from the desktop client to the Web Client over a year ago.  I have grown to like it for the most part...until this recent upgrade to vsphere 6.

Issues before vSphere 6...

1.  You could not sort by CPU or RAM usage.

2.  The information would not refresh fast enough.

Issues after vSphere 6...

1.  You could not sort by CPU or RAM usage.

2.  The information would not refresh fast enough.

3.  Hosts do not stay in view.  They disappear from the application in the navigation and related object views.

Since the Web Client isn't stable enough, I was forced to revert to the desktop app so I can continue upgrading hosts to 6u1a.

Some additional info:

vCenter\Web Client system has 16GB ram and 4 vCPU

Any ideas to fix this?  Is it possible that adding more ram\cpu or moving to ssd disks would fix the hosts do not stay in view issue?  I need to at least get that working.

Anyone else have these issues?

Thanks,

Jamey

Anyone know how to get the hosts to show in the web client all the time?  This is really unacceptable.  VMware is pushing everyone to the web client and it flat out doesn't work.  I find myself doing all of my work in the desktop client.

Thanks,

Jamey

Hi!

To be honest I never ran into something similar (I`m a desktop guy), but I`ve googled a bit for you, and looks like you are definitely ot the only one with such problems:

vCenter 5.5 Web Client shows incorrect inventory

In the comments to this thread people are claiming that it does sorting by COUs:

I hope it will help you out somehow.

Web Client is a failed platform.

I am hoping for a single-client-solution (without dependence on Adobe Flash), and until then I am using the Windows Client application. I feel your pain.
