Display goes to sleep and shouldn't

Using Horizon to power digital signs on touch-screen monitors at entry doors. Have a template for all appropriate settings. Approximately 30 VMs, one for each door sign. Zero client devices configured to attach to VMs in order to display the signs. Zero clients managed by Teradici and have same settings for power portion of profile. A couple of the displays 'go to sleep' after 15 minutes; others do not. All configured from same template (set to not power down). All using same domain policies. Looking for ideas that might explain why these two systems take a nap when all the others - similarly configured - do not.

does this happen when connected via Pcoip as well as RDP? or only Pcoip ?

If you're absolutely sure about the domain policy (GPO), and the local power settings from the template, have you verified all of the Zero client settings? This is where I would check next.

The registry values are located in the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\VMware, Inc.\VMware VDM\Agent\Configuration\XMLAPI\userIdleTimeOut

User Idle Timeout userIdleTimeout REG_SZ If there is no user activity on the Horizon client for this period of time, the user's desktop and application sessions are disconnected. The value is set in seconds. The default is 900 seconds (15 minutes).
