Filters bar missing - Add Filter not working

Our filters bar on any of the dashboards seem to be missing. Clicking Add Filter does nothing. Any ideas?

The issue seems to have been more to do with a unhealthy state of the cluster rather than the content pack. Issue has been resolved via webex. If your issue is fixed now, can you mark this as answered? Thanks.

I worked with VMware support to resolve this. Here is what we discovered:

  • One of the two workers was listed as disconnected
  • The worker seemed to have been locked up, so we powered off the VM
  • Upon power on, it performed a disk scan and then all services started
  • Once the worker was restored and listed as connected, the filter bars were restored and Interactive Analytics were restored.
