Hi,

It seems that there is an underlying storage problem what you have here. Or is the manager maybe running on snapshot?

Additionally do you have backup of the manager you took with FTP/SFTP earlier? You may deploy another manager and restore the backup to there.

Hi SRoland ,

Thanks for your information.

Yesterday, I try to use a linux vm mount the nsx manager's virtual disk to fix (fsck /dev/sdx), now I can boot the nsx manager.

but when I open the nsx manager console that I found the RabbitMQ service can't start.

Is anyone how to fix this problem, thanks.

I try to backup configuration, but I got message say the RabbitMQ not start so I can't backup.

The rabbitmq won't start most likely because of the earlier failures. There is no easy option unfortunately. I recommend to open a ticket with us to get this recovered if you do not want to reinstall everything.
