Midway during the installation at Package 16/51 - the installation fails with message " Failure installing: VCM Reports (SSRS 2008)

Sort of - It looked like service account permissions issue. I was using more than 4 separate accounts (1 for tomcat; 1 for sql services/agent/SSRS; 1 for NA; and 1 for vcm install) - looked like that was causing issues.

So, I used only 3 accounts (1 for tomcat, sql services/agent and ssrs; 1 or NA and 1 for VCM admin n install). With this got passed the issue.

Not sure if that was the resolution, but that's the only change I did. Hope it helps!

Ah alright.

I finally got further along, to package 21/51, VCM Collector.

It not fails on the ConfigureUsers step. If I look in the logs, it can't find the service user account in the domain.

WHen I do net user <domain account> /dom I get access 5 denied. This is WORKING before I start the installation, so something fucks up while the installation is passing along.
