Is it possible to add phycical servers with Hyperic (Physical EMC AVAMAR system) to vROPs?

Just a quick question about vRealize Operation Manager and Hyperic.

We have some physical machines with the Hyperic on them (a physical EMC AVAMAR system). Can you import these physical machines into vROPs for monitoring (using the Hyperic management plugin)?

Things that I have read imply that the system works by linking the Hyperic metrics to the  UUID of an VM object which is provided by vCenter. This make me thing that if the system (that you want to monitor) isn't a VM then you can't use Hyperic with vROPs. But nowhere is it explicitly said that physical machines cannot be monitored with Hyperic and vROPs.

Yes, you can monitor physical machines with Hyperic and vROPs, but you won't get UUID and as a result you won't see relation between OS and VM in vROPs.
