Can anyone help me with a problem??

I'm having some trouble pairing our sites in a new deployment using SRM 5.8.

When trying to pair the sites I get the following error message:

I am having this same exact issue.  SRM is installed on both sites.  Still cannot get to pair.  Using latest version,  VMware-srm-8.8.1-2991419.exe .  Has anyone had any luck yet?

Hi All,

I believe the reason for your problems are in using custom SRM Plug-in identifier.

If you supplied custom SRM Plug-in identifier during installation, you have to make sure that the same identifier is used at both sites. Unless you are going to use a complicated topology (e.g. shared recovery site), it is recommended to use the Default Plug-in Identifier.
