upgrade 5.1 to 5.5 - Vm get BSOD

HI team,

            After upgrading esxi5.1 to esxi5.5 all my working find except two windows server 2008 vm got BSOD .

how to troubleshoot in that case?

A little more information would probably help. Which BSOD do they get and does it occur during power on or while the VMs are running?

It would still help to have at least a few more details, e.g. the exact BSOD message/error and the configuration of the VM. We have no insight to your system and configuration. Are there any special services on those Win 2008 VMs (for example Exchange, MS SQL or any 3rd party software product). In case you don't want to provide any details to the community you may open a VMWare support ticket and let VMWare support look into this.
