Can I post a poll??

Can users create polls?  I'd really like to ask if the community members if they would rather see the C# live on as the PRIMARY administrative tool and an HTML 5 web based tool be developed for secondary use.  We know everyone hates the flash based version so no need to go there

you should be having option to create Poll under create option.

Also , C# live on as the PRIMARY administrative tool , via ASP.NET Website Administartion Tool?
