Customization specification is not working for windows 2012 r2 std

I have a windows 2012 r2 std VM template and when I am trying to deploy a VM from it and applying the customize specification.

After that when I power on the deployed VM I get error on it and it does not allow me to proceed.

Does anyone have faced this type of issue.
