Hope you have correct version of CIM provider installed all on the Hosts ?
Yes, we have same version of CIM installed & working on other host with same model of HBAs.
1. correct CIM is installed
2. required ports are open
3. able to open Adobe reader
I suspect it could be network/firewall problem, as this issue is restricted to one cluster only.
Please check what is not common in teams of network between this cluster/host to the host which are working.

I see them on same network but VM are on DMZ so you may be right as this could be firewall problem. I tried to find the port details but couldn't.
Can you provide me port details used by OMC which be can checked between from vcenter to host ?
if it is not in Production can try disable firewall for a instance and see the effect.
Check if TCP port 5989 (incoming and outgoing) is open to allow CIM transaction traffic to pass between the ESX host and vCenter Server and vice-versa.
DMZ host is being managed by a vCenter Server that is outside the DMZ. It may occur if port 5989 is blocked, even if ESX and vCenter Server are in the same network.
You check this via Telnet utli

yes. I am going to check with network team on this.
TCP port 5989 (incoming and outgoing) is open from firewall now HBA details are visible.
Thanks to both of you !!
We use Emulex OCM to updated HBA firmware version through vcenter, 4 Esxi host ( all in same cluster ) are not showing up details of HBA in OCM and we not able to update firmware on these Host.
Apart this cluster we can see details of HBA and update firmware for all other host in differ cluste
