Without details about you configuration, its actually only possible to guess. What I would start with, is to double-check the physical switch port configuration as well as the VLAN tagging on the port groups.
Is this condition on all the clusters in your vCenter or any particular cluster. Give few more details about all your configuration side, check the physical switch. there will be a many options to check whereas more details requried from your infrastructure.
