We use ESXi 4.1.

And what will be usefull feature we can use if we upgrade to 5.0 or 5.5 or latest one  ?

1) Please refer upgrade guides from following URL, you got to upgrade 4.1 host to 5.0 first, and then you do have a way to upgrade it to 6.0 if you wish, provided that Hardware requirements are met.

How could I check the Hardware Specs we use  which ESXi 4.1 is installed ??

check summary tab in vSphere client while Host is selected in inventory and it will give you basic h/w configuration of your host.

alternatively you can also go to Configuration tab of it, that's where under hardware section you will have CPU, Memory, Network Adapter, Storage Adapter etc can be seen.

How could I see each local disk detailed information and that empty slots ?

I think RAID5 is used.
