Is it possible to install VMware Workstation 11 on a Windows Server 2012R2 host if this host is running as virtual machine on ESXi?
I want to create VM's with VM Workstation but I don't have any dedicated hardware.

Yes, but performance will be severely degraded. See Running Nested VMs.
