Oracle Monitoring

Hi All - I was wondering if anyone is aware of or using Log Insight to monitor and\or retrieve audit information from Oracle databases?  I'm aware of the Oracle Content Pack - Cloud Management Marketplace | Solution Exchange and am in the process of testing but I think that Oracle Content Pack out of the box may be geared towards system level checks where as I am more interested in db and db table auditing.  Splunk has agent configuration settings that may apply similarly to the Log Insight Agent .ini - Configure monitor inputs for the Splunk Add-on for Oracle Database .

I assume the information you care about is in the trace file. The trace file is in binary and today the LI agent does not support binary. If you convert to text then the agent could send and you could audit as desired. I just opened the following feature request which you should vote for: Agent should support binary files
