VMWare Removes Custom Action in case of group VM selection

Hi,

When I right click on any VM, we get our custom actions.

Case:

1. If Action is not convenient then must be shown as disabled.(e.g. VM is Started and Power-on option is inconvenient )

2. If Action is convenient then must be shown as enabled.(e.g. VM is Started and Power-Off option is convenient )

The above functionality works fine with single VM selection. But i expect same behavior in case of multiple VM selection.

In case of multiple VM selection, application removes all the disabled actions and only enabled action's are visible.

Please let me know that if VMWare application has this default behavior, if yes then is it documented somewhere?

Thanks in advance....

This is the normal behavior.   In case of multiple selections it would be too confusing to combine all the disabled actions.

See at the bottom of the UX page on Actions menu: http://developercenter.vmware.com/web/standards/-/actions-menu

" When multiple objects are selected, include only the actions that are common to all objects"
