Hello
I recently updated a standalone ESXi 5.5 host from version 2068190 to 2456374 (Express Patch 6) through Update Manager. The server had 3 datastores configured from internal disk cage. After the update, one of the datastore became inaccessible. The server showed 2 datastores:
The 3rd datastore was still shown under the devices tab:
When I try to add this device using 'Add Storage', 3 options appear as follows:
Keep the existing signature
Assign a new signature
Format the disk
I selected Keep the existing signature and added the datastore back to the ESXi. It is mounted successfully to the ESXi but I don't know what caused this. Can someone point me in the direction of the logs I should check to know the cause?
