I am assuming you are seeing this as part of the Hands-On Labs ?

The hosts in the labs are actually virtual hosts i.e this is a nested virtual environment.  Its a known issue that you might see a duplicate icmp response in this environment.  Don't worry, it doesn't happen in a real NSX environment 🙂

Based on the IP addresses in the screenshot - this is looks like a Hands on Lab environment.

This occurs due to the use of nested ESXi and promiscuous mode on the underlying HOL infrastructure (it only occurs if the nested ESXi VMs happen to be running on the same physical ESXi host which is why it may be intermittent) and can safely be ignored. It won't occur in a non-nested deployment.
