As I'm completing the design process, obviously one of the key components is completing the design documentation. There is some concern from the entity that the design was developed for, about the privacy of the documents being submitted. I know that there was a section in the handbook about confidentiality, and how all the data submitted will be treated as confidential. If the entity doesn't want their name to be included and all specific information like subnets, IPs, server names, etc changed due to privacy concerns, is that an issue?
