LOG INSIGHT VM High CPU Utilisation

We have Log Insight Virtual Machine (Suse Linux 11)

We have assige it 8 vCPU. and 16 GB memory.

Average CPU utilisation is 78%. Is the behaviour normal ?

Why the machine is utilising so high CPU. I am not good at Linux. How to check why the machine is utilising so hign CPU ?
