Configure IBM as an Physical Endpoint in vCAC

Is it possible to integrate IBM as an Physical Endpoint because options those are available there are only for HP, Dell and Cisco?

HP, Dell and Cisco endpoints are available out of the box. If there is enough expertise to develop a vCO plugin for IBM, it will be possible.

Or you can directly boot IBM servers with WinPE/PXE provisioning but won't be able to manage them using vCAC.

The bottom line is, it will be possible but it's lot of work and development involvement.

Any light shed on this is much appreciated

This was once true, but as I outlined in my other post... I DO think there is a viable method to get around it through Custom Resource Types.

You can get all the way there without a plugin, but it will be some work.

Here is the documentation for 5.5.  I am not sure where the docs are for 6.0 or how much has changed for plugin development.

This is an area I am trying to learn as well.  Just gotta find the time. You would be looking at Java and not .NET I suppose.   (Eclipse IDE)
