Error when vCAC Collects Data on VM in SCVMM Cluster

I was able to successfully add the Hyper-V cluster in SCVMM to vCAC, but when it tries to gather information about the VMs on the cluster it gives this error:

Failed to collect data on host XXXX for virtual machine XXXX, Exception:Method not found: 'Byte Microsoft.SystemCenter.VirtualMachineManager.VirtualDiskDrive.get_LUN()'.. Try to refresh the host and the virtual machine in SCVMM Console.

As a result, none of the VMs are showing up in vCAC even though the cluster shows up with no problem in Compute Resources. Any idea on the cause of this? Any way to fix it?

Any luck on the below error,even we facing the same issues and after few minutes the hyper v machine are going to missing state.

In my case, I can deploy VM in SCVMM, but it gets deleted after a couple of minutes.

Hi,

I had the same issue with VM provisioning. After create the machine in SCVMM, few seconds later is destroyed. I fixed this removing the NIC in the template.

About the missing status when the machine is provisioned, I still have the error "VirtualDiskDrive.get_LUN()'.. Try to refresh the host and the virtual machine in SCVMM Console" and I don't know if it's about a mapping of storage services available in SCVMM and the VM, or what...

Did you fix this issue?
