I installed certificate in vCOps 5.x .I would like to uninstalled that certificate.

You can't uninstall a cert without providing a new one.
You would need to provide either a CA or self signed cert...
If you want to create a self-signed (Generate with OpenSSL)

The certificate is a Trend Micro certificate do I need to follow the steps that you advised ? When I am trying to replace the certificate i am getting the error shows in the screenshot

The Trend SSL cert is a different story..
Why do you need to replace the cert? (New Trend Appliance?)
Need to know more details to provide you with better guidance....
