VMware Workstation unrecoverable error: (vmx)

I've been trying to nail down this problem for a while now and none of the other answers I've found in the forums seem to be working. This problem is exclusive to one particular machine - copied "MyVM #3-1" to another VM host server and the problem is no longer present. Any ideas? Log file attached.

Wow - that looks like a VM that is running from a 90% filled C:\ partition with high level of fragmentation  - eventually also under steady observation of an agressive antivirus tool.
The high number of vCPUs also looks contraproductive on that host.

That might explain poor performance, but not really explain the crash and exception. The very same guest runs on another host without the same crash.
