Trying to figure out how much disk I need for backup to disk. Provisioned space or used space?

I need to grow the disk space in our Data Domain for our Net Backup backups.  I'm trying to get disk space info out of virtual center and none of the numbers match up.  Here's an example.  I have a VM that shows Provisioned space at 140GB.  Used space shows 106GB.  Net Backup says it's backing up 75GB.  Within Windows it shows 55GB being used on the disk.  Net Backup is set to not backup the paging file which is 4GB. The server is thick lazy zero.

The numbers just don't add up.  How can I figure out how much disk I need for backups through Virtual Center or vRealize Operations Manager?

Check if any volume shadow copies are running at windows level.
