Replication of my esxi host outside my essentails kit

i have a question i have Essential plus Kit it comes witch 3 servers license can i replicated my vmware to another esxi outside my kit or that does not worked

The host you are replicating to would need to be running a vSphere Replication appliance which means it would need a vCenter server and to be licensed for essentials plus or higher.
