NSX - Networking and Security tab Missing

I have vSphere 5.5U2. vcenter 5.5 standard, 2 * hosts esxi5.5U2 and NSX 6.0.5. From the support matrix I see its compatible.

I am using administrator@vsphere.local as the username. Successfully able to login. But do not see any plugin at web client.

Please advise

As per the configuration wise its looking good . There is lot many refresh issue with the vmware webclient. please do logout and try again.

I have tried loggin out and loggin for almost 5 days. still no luck. I tried different accounts and still the same.

I managed to bring the tabs.

1. Time sync changed to NTP (Earlier delay of 45 secs)

2. Restarted the NSX Manager Service
