agent unreachable after view agent reinstall

on one of my desktops, I am getting agent unreachable after agent uninstall and reinstall. any idea?

in view manager, it says

pairing state: in pairing...

Did you revert the VM back to a snapshot at any point? If you reverted back to before it had first configured itself with the connection broker, you would have lost the private key that it generates for itself. To resolve this you will need to remove the VM from the View configuration and re-add it again (no need to remove it from VC).
