We have just started utilizing Hyperic as our monitoring platform, and have defined a basic escalation plan for our alerts. Every few days, our escalation plan stops working. We will get the initial e-mail stating there is a problem, but nothing more. Looking in the server.log, I find the following:

If I restart the hyperic server services, it seems to run properly for a few days and then this will start happening again. Any ideas what may cause this?
