remote assistance?

Where can I find remote assistance? Im new to this and totally lost. I need help with the very basics of getting a VM up and running.  Ive read through the 80 pages of getting started and I think I read every KB article there is.  So please with all do respect, do not direct me to more readings.  If you can help, great, and if you can't, no problem.  And to everyone who might read this, I say thank you

What do you mean with "Remote Assistance"? Are you talking about the built in support tool in windows?

If not then please be a bit more specific on what the issue is and what you are trying todo.
